Job Description

  • Lead Manufacturing Process Transformation in SAP Projects Work on analyzing and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes within SAP ECC, including Fit-Gap analysis and As-Is/To-Be process design.
  • Leverage Deep Expertise in SAP Manufacturing Modules Utilize strong knowledge of PP along with cross-module integration across SD, MM, QM, and FI/CO to support complex manufacturing environments.
  • Be Part of a Large-Scale Global Migration Program Participate in requirement workshops, SIT/UAT testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities while collaborating with global teams and business stakeholders.

Annual Salary: 12 million Yen and above

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand the current SAP ECC landscape and end‑to‑end manufacturing processes.
  • Identify all PP‑related process components and functionalities required for carve‑out migration.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis and document As‑Is and To‑Be processes.
  • Identify and map new integration points with internal and external systems.
  • Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of test plans and actively participate in SIT/UAT execution, including defect resolution.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, data validation, and go‑live activities.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP Functional experience in SAP ECC.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing modules: PP (core), and familiarity with SD/MM/QM/FI/CO.
  • Proven experience in production planning, shop floor operations, MRP, master data, and related processes.
  • Hands‑on involvement in SIT/UAT cycles and cross‑functional testing.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams and handle business-facing discussions.

Bilingual requirements: Business level Japanese(JLPT N2), English preffered
