Job Description

Appealing Points:

  • Advanced L2/L3 technical ownership across complex systems Handle deep triage and remediation for C/C++-centric products spanning applications, databases, and large-scale factory integrations.
  • Direct collaboration with Engineering for root-cause fixes Perform in-depth log and trace analysis, reproduce defects, and package clear diagnostics for code-level remediation with Engineering teams.
  • High-impact role in major incidents and knowledge leadership Lead or co-lead I1/I2 incidents, deliver executive-level updates, mentor L1 teams, and drive KB, automation, and AI-driven support improvements.

Annual salary: 6 million yen and above

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced triage and remediation for AGS SIM‑stack issues spanning application, database, and integrations; develop quick scripts/fixes under governance and coordinate with Engineering for code‑level changes
  • Analyse complex incidents from L1; perform deep log/trace analysis; replicate defects in standard environments.
  • Identify whether resolution requires code/build/test; when yes, package for Engineering with clear diagnostics.
  • Author short utilities/scripts (e.g., DB rollbacks) when permitted; validate and deploy hotfix workarounds.
  • Lead or co‑lead I1/I2 technical workstreams on bridges; maintain exec‑level updates.
  • Contribute significantly to KB/runbooks; mentor L1; propose automation/AI opportunities (30/60/90 plan inputs).

Job Qualification:

  • 5–8 years in application/product support for C/C++ heavy products; working knowledge of Java a plus.
  • Strong understanding of databases, message buses, and multi‑system factory integrations (~14 systems context).
  • Scripting (Python/Shell/SQL), debugging, performance/throughput analysis; solid incident/problem management.
  • Comfortable operating without direct customer environment access; excellent written/spoken comms.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
