Job Description

  • Strategic advisor role engaging C-suite leaders in Japan’s insurance industry Act as a trusted solution partner to senior executives, driving business growth and bottom-line impact through core insurance software solutions.
  • Deep expertise in core insurance systems and large-scale implementations Leverage hands-on experience across policy administration, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments, and commissions in major insurance transformations.
  • Bilingual pre-sales leadership in a global environment Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and RFP responses in both English and Japanese while collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.

Annual Salary: 5 million yen and above

Job Qualification:

  • As a Solution Partner Core Insurance Software Solutions, Japan you will act as a trusted advisor with an executive presence and an ability to engage with Japanese customers in the insurance industry at C-Suite and increase the bottom line.  
  • We are looking for someone based out of Tokyo who can:   
    • Skilled in insurance pre-sales support with the ability to quickly grasp SAPF insurance solutions, effectively articulate client offerings to prospects, deliver compelling solution demonstrations in English and Japanese, and address customer inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs. 
    • Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within our portfolio and new clients.  
    • Understand customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels.  
    • Comprehend the intricate interdependencies within the customer organization and guide the appropriate engagement approach.  
    • Extensive experience in large-scale core insurance implementations in Japan is essentialUnderstands business needs of insurance back-office environment and has hands on working experience in implementing core insurance solutions across policy admin, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments and collections, incentives and commissions management and other  
    • Excellent insurance domain know-how and well verse with the industry trends.  
    • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Japanese language.  
    • Has worked in international environment during current or prior jobs.
