Responsibilities

• Since our company focuses on major Japanese global companies, you will gain experience working on global projects for a variety of clients.
• We propose comprehensive solutions to our clients' challenges with a vendor-neutral approach. Since the solutions we handle vary depending on the project, you will gain knowledge and skills in a wide range of security solutions.
• Our company offers a variety of training options, including online training on sites like Udemy and LinkedIn, as well as free training from major alliance partners.
• Since you often work with offshore members, we offer level-specific Japanese and English training programs, allowing you to improve your English skills through practical application.
• As a project manager for our managed security services, you will propose solutions to various clients and lead those projects.
• The solutions we propose and provide will cover a wide range, including SIEM/SOC, EDR, EVM, CSPM, and EASM. You will also be involved in planning and developing new solutions.
• In addition to the above projects, you may also choose roles such as consultant or architect, depending on your preferences, experience, and skills. 

Qualifications:

• Leadership: Ability to set and share visions and goals to solve customer problems and navigate relevant internal stakeholders.
• Expertise: No requirement. Interests and skills in a variety of areas (self-study acceptable) ensure delivery quality.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network design and management, customer support, or some other IT-related delivery field.
• Pre-sales experience in cybersecurity products and solutions, as well as SOC and MSS experience, are preferred.
• Communication Skills: Ability to build good relationships with customers and relevant internal stakeholders and communicate appropriately (written and verbal).
• Diversity: Ability to have an inclusive mindset and collaborate with professionals of different languages, cultures, and specialties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• All positions offer in-house training and coaching to improve your skills, so a complete skill set is not required upon joining the company.
• Various security certifications (CISSP, CISM, SANS, etc.) are welcome.
• Industry-specific experience is not required. Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or finance is preferred.

Languages : Native japanese level and business level english.
Note : NO Chinese/HK, Russian or North Korean Candidates. Taiwan is a "maybe". N1 is also ok if the Profile is technically strong.
