• Lead P2D & QM Architecture for SAP S/4HANA Japan Expansion Design and own an original P2D/QM architecture covering quality processes across procurement, production, inspection, calibration, and sales, embedding Japan-specific requirements into a global S/4HANA template.
• High-Impact Design Authority Role Define and govern integrated architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, legacy, third-party), approving deviations and ensuring strict governance compliance.
• Strategic Leadership in Global Automotive Programs Partner with Japanese business leaders, global process owners, and IT leadership to drive end-to-end rollout from Blueprint through Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live.

Annual Salary: 15 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese Expansion
• Introduce original P2D QM architecture, strengthen global templates, and ensure Japan localization
• Act as design authority, approve deviations, ensure governance compliance
• Define/manage integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools)
• Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
• Lead roll-out programs across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
• Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, auditing, and control requirements

Qualifications

• Lead SAP S/4HANA deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale automotive manufacturing programs in Japan.
• Responsible for solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Requires 15+ years of SAP experience, strong expertise in S/4HANA, quality management processes, and Japanese manufacturing standards.
• Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan
• Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and build implementation
