Senior Software Engineer AI

Job Description

Annual Salary: 5 Million yen and above

Job Descriptions:

• AI Engineer who can support the activities below
  • Planning, design, and development of AI-based business efficiency tools (requirements gathering, PoC creation, implementation, and deployment)
  • Server construction, configuration, and operation (VMs/containers, storage, security, etc.) using Azure, etc.
  • Data processing, analysis, and automation script creation using Python
  • Equipment data visualization tool creation (real-time display and historical analysis dashboard)
  • Failure prediction algorithm development, evaluation, and operation (anomaly detection and prediction using equipment data)
  • Report and dashboard creation using PowerBI
  • Workflow creation and in-house support using KNIME (support for citizen developers)
  • The person should work at the at customer’s location along with the customer team in Field Engineer Department
  • As of now, 1 team leader and 9 members (one experienced member will be assigned as a mentor)
  • Projects usually involve collaboration with team members from different locations

Job Qualifications:

• Looking for a 5+ years of experience
• Experience designing and operating LLMs and RAGs, and prompt optimization
• Basic cloud (Azure, etc.) knowledge. Server construction and operation experience on Azure
• Data processing and programming experience using Python
• Experience using data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, etc.), KNIME
• Practical experience with machine learning, including failure prediction and anomaly detection

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consistent development experience from PoC to production deployment
• Communication skills in Japanese, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience in Agile Software Development model.

Language Skill:  

• English – Basic Level (Not mandatory)
• Japanese – JLPT N2 level or above
