Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Lead Services – Business Process Lead (Manufacturing) to drive business transformation programs leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud and associated SAP cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep manufacturing process expertise, strong SAP functional knowledge, and hands-on experience leading end-to end cloud-enabled process design, implementation, rollout, and optimization initiatives across global manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. SAP Cloud & S/4HANA Leadership

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition) implementation, design, and deployment for manufacturing business processes.
• Define cloud adoption strategies, system standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for manufacturing operations.
• Drive integration initiatives with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and other cloud-based solutions.

2. Business Process Ownership – Manufacturing

• Serve as the Business Process Lead (Manufacturing) across production, planning, procurement, shop floor, and quality processes.
• Analyze current-state processes and lead Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap discussions with global and regional stakeholders.
• Define To-Be process design, functional specifications, and process documentation aligned with SAP cloud capabilities.

3. End-to-End Implementation & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional teams in blueprinting, configuration validation, UAT, cutover, migration, and go-live support.
• Ensure successful delivery of SAP Cloud manufacturing solutions in alignment with business timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with SAP partners, technical teams, and business units to ensure seamless solution delivery.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing process design and cloud transformation topics.
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and decision-making forums with global business leaders.
• Ensure transparent communication and alignment across technical teams, business functions, and leadership.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify process improvement opportunities and introduce automation and analytics leveraging SAP Cloud capabilities.
• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, BTP services, and cloud-based reporting tools.
• Provide post-implementation process optimization and define long-term transformation roadmap.

Job Qualification:

Technical & Functional Skills

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including:
• Production Planning (PP)
• Manufacturing Execution (ME/MES integration)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Logistics Execution (LE)
• Quality Management (QM)
• Procurement & inventory processes
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard, blueprinting, and cloud transformation workshops.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud integration technologies such as SAP BTP, CPI, API Management, etc.

Leadership & Delivery Skills

• Proven ability to lead global or regional transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience managing SI partners, offshore delivery teams, and multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to lead complex manufacturing projects from concept to go-live.

Preferable:

• SAP certification in S/4HANA or cloud solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing industries such as automotive, electronics, industrial machinery, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, etc.
• Understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud governance frameworks.
