Annual Salary: 8 million and above

Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing solutions (DMC, ME, or MII).
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP DMC.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution, shop floor integration, and IoT data flows.
• Hands-on experience with OPC UA, MQTT, or Edge Integration preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, UI5/Fiori, and Cloud Integration Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• SAP DMC or Manufacturing certification preferred.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP DMC modules (Manufacturing Execution, Insights, and Resource Orchestration).
• Integrate DMC with SAP S/4HANA, MES, and shop-floor systems.
• Configure master data, production models, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to define digital manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Support data collection, reporting, and real-time production analytics.
• Conduct workshops, training, and post-go-live support.

Language Proficiency : Business level Japanese (N2) and Business level English
