Annual Salary : 12 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of SAP Solution Manager with ServiceNow using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Design and implement incident and change management workflows between SolMan and ServiceNow.
  • Configure field mappings, import set tables, and transform maps in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain API connections for data exchange between SolMan and ServiceNow.
  • Support transport management integration with ServiceNow Change Management.
  • Perform system integration testing, bug fixing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions in both Japanese and English.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
  • Integration architecture
  • Data mapping
  • Error handling and retry mechanisms
  • FRS, TDD, and process workflows
  • Provide data migration advisory for transferring items from SolMan to ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams for build support and issue resolution.
  • Handover to BAU team with complete documentation and knowledge transfer.

Job Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Solution Manager (preferably version 7.2).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration, especially ITSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CPI, ABAP, and Basis fundamentals.
  • Experience in incidents and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with API development and integration testing.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and training capabilities.

Language Skills: Bilingual level English
