Job Description:

• Our Customer is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP/BTP Consultant. The role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, deep understanding of Japan’s manufacturing landscape, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and culturally diverse teams while supporting change enablement (OCM) initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP technical development, including 8+ years in ABAP.
• Proven experience in S/4HANA and BTP (Cloud Foundry, CAP, or BAS) environments.
• Strong technical skills in Reports, Enhancements, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions (RICEF), and Workflow.
• Hands-on experience in integration via OData, APIs, and BTP services.
• Strong exposure to Japanese manufacturing industry practices.
• Strong cultural understanding and ability to work effectively with Japanese stakeholders.
• Exposure to S4HANA Manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing change enablement (OCM) and stakeholder alignment.
• Willing to travel to Client's place at Osaka, Shiga or Okayama.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) or AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams.
• Japanese language skills (business level) preferred; English fluency required.
• S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Cross-functional understanding of logistics modules.
• Experience with global template rollout projects.
