1. Strategy

• Corporate and business strategy
• New business Launch
• Market research and analysis

2. Operations

• Operations restructuring/design
• BPR and operation improvement
• PMO support

3. IT 

• IT Strategy formulation
• Systemization plan formulation
• Security measures

4. System integration

• Pre-Sales
• Requirement Definition and Design
• System Development and implementation
