Annual Salary : 8 million and above

Job responsibilities:

You will participate in the client project as a FICO Functional Consultant. The following are examples of key activities in a typical global project:

• Support and facilitate the implementation of SAP Financials in areas such as FICO management – cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, project systems, results analysis, outstanding costs, month-end closing, and overhead valuation and settlement.
• We provide a detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Analyze, identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Conduct and operate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and goals.
• Design, customization, configuration, and testing of FI/CO modules.
• Gap analysis. Identify the problem and submit a solution.
• Retribution to clients for troubleshooting. Investigate, analyze, and submit solutions to problems.
• Documentation of functional design, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose improvements and enhancements to business processes and systems.
• Liaison between the business department and the technical team (liason).
• Ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
• Work independently and autonomously. In some cases, support and guidance for more junior members.

Job Qualification:

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher; Japanese resume preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork, including interaction with clients and team members
• Over 5 years of SAP implementation experience, with mandatory experience using Business Blueprint functionality in the FI/CO module
• Experience in AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and AA (Asset Accounting) is required.（Experience in O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) is a plus）

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of business processes and requirements in specialized domains (e.g., Financial Accounting / Management Accounting, IFRS)
• Flexibility to develop solutions from multiple perspectives (e.g., changes in business procedures, organizational changes, technical solutions)
• Ability to express opinions to mid-level client stakeholders (e.g., Finance Managers)
• Willingness to learn new packaged solutions, IT industry trends, methodologies, and tools
• Experience in collaborative projects with people of different nationalities and cultures
• Ability to provide work instructions and monitor progress of offshore resources through both written and verbal communication
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA

Japanese languages:  Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
