Job Description:
- The UI Designer/Leader will be responsible for the design and development of UI and 2D materials for our games, as well as mentoring junior team members and managing outsourcing production. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality visual standards across projects.
Job Responsibility:
- UI design for game interfaces, menus, and HUD elements
- Creation and implementation of 2D assets such as icons, buttons, textures, and illustrations
- Quality control and refinement of UI/UX designs
- Training and mentoring of junior designers
- Managing external vendors and supervising outsourced design tasks
- Collaborating with game designers, engineers, and other artists to ensure cohesive visual presentation
Job Qualification:
- Proven experience with Unity
- Proficient in creating various 2D assets and UI components
- Strong understanding of game UI/UX design principles
Preferred Skills
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control in visual design
- Experience training or mentoring junior designers
- Experience managing or coordinating outsourcing partners
- Familiarity with Client’s game design aesthetics or similar high-quality game titles
Language proficiency: Native Level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business Level english.
