Responsibilities

• Utilizing UI/UX design experience to contribute to the business expansion of a Prime listed company~
• As the designer that customers think of first, we provide consistent support from practical work to consulting.
• There is a culture that encourages qualification acquisition, and many employees hold PMP and other qualifications/full support

Qualification:

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design methods and processes (assuming a level of use in business) ·
• Experience leading multiple teams
• Human-centered design (HCD) qualification
• Experience in leading UX/UI design in a project involving multiple designers
• Communication skills to promote projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of native app or web application development (assuming business level)
• Experience in planning and managing the entire project related to UX/UI design

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
