Annual Salary : 12 million yen and above

Job Description: 

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for all SAP solution design decisions within the TOPPAKO program.
• Ensure strict governance and compliance with the global SAP template, enterprise architecture standards, and rollout strategy.
• Review and approve all changes moving from Quality (QA) to Production, ensuring they meet defined quality, design, and documentation standards.
• Oversee change control processes, ensuring all custom developments, enhancements (WRICEFs), and configuration changes are validated from a functional and technical perspective before release.
• Evaluate test evidence, risk assessments, and impact analysis for Production deployments.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional solution design reviews, collaborating with global and regional teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and rationale for exceptions, deviations, or localizations in the solution.
• Participate in Change Request Boards and Architecture Review Boards, providing expert recommendations.
• Monitor adherence to integration standards and data governance principles.

Job Qualification:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations in a Solution Architect or Gatekeeper role.
• Proven experience in change control and production readiness governance, including quality checks and validation of transports/releases.
• Strong cross-functional expertise in SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate custom developments and technical designs in alignment with SAP best practices.
• Experience supporting global SAP programs and template rollouts across regions.
• Familiarity with transport management, testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira), and release governance processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Language Skills:  English proficiency is required, along with mandatory functional/technical skills. Japanese language skills are preferred.
