PLM Solution Architect Teamcenter

Job Description

Annual Salary :  8 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and development processes and production technology processes in the manufacturing industry.
• Implementation and operation of the PLM system.
• Manage projects while communicating directly with the client.
• Deepen understanding of industry IT challenges and define areas that need transformation.
• Create a system that will serve as a domestic standard and attempt to implement it elsewhere.
• Depending on experience, take responsibility for tasks in addition to Teamcenter development.
• Understand functional and technical requirements and document those requirements.
• Support high-level and low-level design definitions.
• Advise clients on PLM strategy, PLM business process transformation, and implementation.
• PLM product evaluation and recommendation.
• Build a PLM Reference Architecture.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

• Practical experience in Teamcenter development.
• Extensive practical experience in customization, configuration, and integration tasks.
• Experience in product engineering and program management.
• Experience developing 1–2 clients with end-to-end implementations.
• Experience setting up Teamcenter and strong debugging skills.
• Consulting experience demonstrating an understanding of customer challenges.
• Ability to understand functional and technical requirements and document them.

Language & Communication Skills: Fluent level English and Japanese language skills are a plus
