Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and delivery of workplace technology solutions and operations; and O&T business solutions
- Business Solutions and Tech Ops team, including endpoint operations, Telecom, software and hardware asset and inventory management, business analysis and product solutioning for O&T services, and all relevant projects and initiatives
- Cyber Security Team, functionally aligned with the UDX Information Security Officer (ISO)
- Lead the UC APAC O&T Business Solutions and Tech Ops team
- Drive talent development through performance management, coaching, and career growth planning 40%
- Oversee business analysis and solutioning for O&T services
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in O&T services and capabilities
- Lead various audit and compliance preparedness and evaluation activities
- Lead O&T support for business transformation activities as relevant20%
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
Job Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, including 5+ years in a leadership role required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required.
- Technical expertise in information technology and cyber security.
- Experience with 24/7 operations and support in a global context.
- Experience in vendor management and technical solution selection processes.
- Experience working in a matrixed/functionally aligned global enterprise.
- Experience with the ITIL framework, and continuous process and service delivery improvement.
- Exposure to security compliance requirements/frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-52, etc.
- Strong communication abilities, a desire to build consensus, and a comfort relaying technical and security principles and decisions to a wide range of audiences.
- Comfort engaging in deeply technical efforts while keeping a strategic view and staying focused on key goals.

EDUCATION:
