Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Overall IT Infrastructure Management:
- Design, build, and operate servers, networks, and cloud environments (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
- Ensure system availability, performance, and scalability
- Standardize and optimize infrastructure (cost and performance)
- Design and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Security Team Management:
- Develop and manage security policies and standards
- Ensure governance and quality of network configurations, server settings, and authentication platforms
- Establish and operate access control and log monitoring systems
- Manage security incidents and drive preventive measures
- Help Desk Team Management:
- Optimize workflows for handling internal inquiries and requests
- Ensure fast and efficient responses in accordance with SLAs
- Develop and maintain knowledge management and standardized response processes
- Continuously improving end-user support quality
- Cross-functional Governance (Help Desk × Security):
- Establish mechanisms to ensure that operations comply with security policies
- Translate security team policies into help desk operational procedures
- Strengthening collaboration and integrate operational processes across both teams
- Technical Training and Talent Development:
- Provide infrastructure and security training to the help desk team
- Promote understanding and adherence to technical standards and operational rules
- Evaluate team members’ skills and develop training and development plans
- Project and Operations Management:
- Plan and lead infrastructure-related projects (migration, upgrades, new implementations)
- Manage budget, schedule, and resources
- Drive continuous improvements (incident reduction, operational efficiency)
- Vendor and Contract Management:
- Select, evaluate, and manage external vendors
- Manage contracts and optimize costs
- Maintain and improve service quality
Job Qualification:
- Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)
- Knowledge of security and identity management (ID management, access control)
- Understanding of IT operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Project management experience
- Team management experience
Preferred Qualification:
- Leadership that balances technology and governance
- Ability to bridge operational (help desk) and strategic (security/infrastructure) perspectives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Mindset for standardization and optimization (eliminating dependency on individuals, improving operational efficiency)
