Technical Lead or infra Service Desk

Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Gain broad infrastructure operations experience across Windows/Linux servers, JP1, VMware, and AWS, building strong expertise from on-premise to cloud environments
• Take ownership of operations design, process improvement, and automation initiatives using ShellScript, VBA, and macros to drive efficiency and service quality
• Strengthen leadership and stakeholder management skills through offshore transition support, operator management, and coordination with users and vendors

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operation design and operation process (ITILv3-v4)
• Experience in operating and operating Windows Server and Linux Server (4-5 years or more)
• Experience in operating and operating JP1 or other job/monitoring software (1-2 years or more)
• Preparation of operation procedures/ Improvement/review experience
• Communication skills (coordination with users and vendors, response to inquiries, issue management, etc.)
• Experience in operating and operating VMware or other virtualized environments
• Experience in operating and operating AWS or other cloud environments
• Ability to promote automation/efficiency using ShellScript, macros, VBA, etc. (skills to design/create by yourself)
• Experience in managing operators (shift management/coordination with BP, etc.)
• Experience in transferring operations to offshore
• Experience in preparing reports to users and vendors using PowerPoint, etc.

Languages :

• Japanese: Business level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1/N2)
• English: Reading and writing required; business-level speaking ability preferred
