Job Description:

• The Adobe Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) track from design to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. This role involves technical leadership, client interaction, and coordination with multiple client teams and Infosys including the offshore team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Implementation: Lead architecture, design, and development of Adobe AEM and AEP based solutions. Ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, Coding Standard and security. Hands on experience of migrating Managed Services hosted AEM to cloud service
• Project Delivery: Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for timely delivery. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage project timelines, deliverables.
• Development & Integration: Customize and extend Adobe AEM and AEP functionalities using Java, HTL, and JavaScript. Develop templates, components, workflows, and OSGi services. Integrate AEM and AEP with other enterprise and third-party systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, UX/design, product management, and backend engineering teams to define the architecture, design and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings for discovery phase, architecture and design, reviews and Demos. Provide technical guidance and status updates.
• Marketing Technology Expertise:
  • Maintain a working knowledge of marketing concepts like seed lists, A/B testing, audiences, and journeys.
  • Provide technical expertise in translating marketing requirements into logical expressions for development.
• Process Documentation & Flexibility:
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, requirements, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving marketing realities, to support program timelines and shifting priorities.

Job Qualifications:

• Total of 10+ years experience in Software design and development with at least 8+ years of design and development experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Hands on Experience in AEM Architecture, solution design and development.
• Experience with Martech platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
• Strong programming expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, Servlets, Web Services, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS, JSON, API development, and scheduled Sling Jobs.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual person with ability to communicate in Japanese and English is preferred
• Experience in an Agile development environment. 

Language: Business -level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business-level English
