Job Description

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• You will engage with clients to understand their management strategies, business challenges, system architecture, and business processes, supporting projects such as information strategy planning and system implementation planning. Working closely with business units, you will visualize and optimize business processes and play a central role in the upstream phases of requirements definition and system development.
• Visualizing management and business issues, organizing requirements, and translating them into system specifications
• Designing solutions based on architecture perspectives (architecture, database, network, security)
• Leading system basic/detailed design, technology selection, and technical feasibility validation
• Coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders, and facilitating decision-making

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in system development and strong design capabilities (basic design / detailed design)
• Experience in client communication, requirements definition, and proposal creation
• Practical experience at an SIer, consulting firm, or IT vendor
• Mid-level
  • Able to structure and organize business requirements
  • Capable of driving stakeholder alignment with persistence
  • Able to optimize priorities across multiple tasks
• Senior
  • Able to systematize highly abstract issues and formulate strategic directions
  • Capable of leading complex stakeholder ecosystems
• Ability to oversee the entire scope across both technology and business domains
• Experience in Java and one of these front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or other front-end frameworks.
• Database experience is essential, with proficiency in at least one of the following:
• MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), or Oracle.
• Basic knowledge of Linux scripting is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in driving digital transformation (DX)
• Consulting experience
• Project management experience, including offshore or global projects

Languages: Fluent japanese level  JLPT N1 and business level english.
