UX Business Unit Lead

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic DX Leadership: Lead strategic business reform projects with a core focus on the CX/UX domain.
• Architecture & Methodology: Define the internal standards for UX development. We value "creativity through logic"—moving away from static mockups toward functional, scalable digital solutions.
• Organizational Building: Play a central role in building the internal UX/CX business unit from the ground up, including workflow standardization and technical mentorship.
• Client Consultation: Conduct needs surveys and concept formulations for major clients, including "Megabanks" and "Major Manufacturing" companies, acting as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Job Qualification:

• Seniority: 15–20+ years of experience in system development and UI/UX architecture.
• Techno-Functional Expertise: Expert knowledge in both front-end and back-end development (Full-stack proficiency).
• Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in business process reform, particularly in customer-facing areas like sales, marketing, or CRM/SFA implementations.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable in a "small, elite team" environment where trial-and-error and flexibility are required to build new systems.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with global design standards and i18n-resilient architecture.
• High-level project management experience in a creative production or digital consulting environment.

Japanese Languages: Native japanese level (N) and business level english required
