Job Description:

You will be in charge of data utilization-related work in the Human Resources Department, and will be working on a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Deep understanding of business issues and needs, their verbalization, and solution proposals
  • Data pre-processing (including domain understanding), analysis (modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning), visualization, and reporting
  • Development of tools to improve business efficiency
  • System planning and development promotion
  • Promotion of measures using generative AI
  • Research on HR-Tech, people analytics, and human capital management, and return to the company.

Job Qualification:

  • Those interested in contributing to organizational decision-making and policy promotion through the utilization of human resources data.
  • Those who have a deep interest in people and their behavior, not just data, and are willing to improve their expertise as a human resources staff member.
  • Those who have excellent problem-forming and policy-promotion abilities, high ethical standards, strong curiosity and initiative.
  • Those who can use applications necessary for data analysis. We are looking for skill levels A to C as follows.
  • A) Those who have proficient Excel, Python, Tableau, VBA, and database (SQL) skills. Or, those who can catch up on missing skills on their own within about six months.
  • B) Those who are familiar with Excel and can use one or more programming languages. Also, those who can aim to acquire the skills in A) through work.
  • C) Those who are comfortable working with data using Excel and can aim to improve their skills through work.

Good to have Skills:

  • Experience involved in system development projects
  • Experience in data engineering using cloud technology
  • Experience in human resources-related work
  • Mathematics and statistics knowledge at undergraduate level or above 

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and Business Level English>
