Job Responsibilities:

• SAP Operational Support (SCM)
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level SAP SCM support (MM, logistics, interfaces) via ServiceNow
  • Own incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis and resolution
  • Support critical business periods (month-end, go-live, cutover)
  • Communicate clearly with business stakeholders during major incidents
• Functional Expertise
  • Deliver strong SCM functional expertise across:
  • Procurement & Materials Management (MM)
  • Supply chain, logistics, inventory, and replenishment processes
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and global delivery teams
  • Identify risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Project & Transformation Delivery
  • Actively support SAP initiatives including:
  • SAP S/4HANA rollouts and upgrades
  • Global template deployments
  • Regional SCM enhancements
  • Participate across the project lifecycle:
  • Requirements, design validation, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to RUN support
• Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Collaborate with Japan business teams and global SAP stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively in Japanese and English
  • Support change management, testing, and controlled production deployments

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of SAP support and/or project experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SCM (MM, logistics)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP transformation programs
• Global or multi-regional SAP environment experience

Skills & Knowledge

• End-to-end supply chain process knowledge
• Exposure to EDI, CPI, IDocs is a plus
• Retail, Fashion, or Consumer Goods industry
• experience preferred SAP SD knowledge is an advantage

Language: Business -level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business-level English
