Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong telecom billing domain expertise to support mobile operator billing transformation projects in Japan.
• The role acts as a bridge between Japanese customers and global delivery teams, ensuring accurate requirement translation, regulatory compliance, and smooth project execution.

Job Qualifications:

• End‑to‑end telecom billing: rating, CDRs, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of Japanese telecom regulations
• Hands‑on billing implementation and configuration experience
• Clear bilingual communication (Japanese ↔ English)

Language: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business-level English
