• We are seeking a QA Lead with deep experience in Telecom BSS/OSS and Oracle billing systems to lead quality assurance activities across complex transformation programs. The role involves QA strategy, team leadership, automation, and client communication in both Japanese and English.

Job Qualifications:

• QA leadership for Oracle BRM / BSS systems
• End‑to‑end testing (functional, regression, UAT, performance)
• Automation strategy and CI/CD integration
• Strong customer‑facing and bilingual communication skills

Language: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2)  and Business level English
