Job Description

• Engage in Strategic Projects for Mega Banks Support large-scale banking initiatives by contributing to strategy development, execution planning (PoC, requirements, migration, training), and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strengthen Executive Reporting & PM Capabilities Report to Steering Committees while managing progress, risks, and issues—enhancing leadership-level communication and governance skills.
• Gain Global Exposure in Large-Scale Programs Collaborate with overseas teams in English and manage projects involving 50+ stakeholders, building strong international consulting and stakeholder management expertise.

Annual Salary : 8 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• As a business consultant for our banking projects, mainly focusing on megabanks, you will support clients with project management, strategy formulation, project execution plan formulation, etc.
• Account Management
• Project management (progress management, issue management, risk management, etc.)
• Report to the Steering Committee
• Project Strategy Development
• Execution plan formulation (PoC, requirements definition, testing/migration, training, etc.)
• Liaison with clients and our overseas bases

Job Qualification:

• 1+ years of experience in system-related projects (development/PMO)
• Experience in creating management-oriented reporting materials
• Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English
• Experience in a range of systems development projects from requirements definition to testing and migration release
• Experience managing projects with over 50 stakeholders
• Facilitating meetings and running workshops in English
• Banking experience or banking project experience

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese(N)  and Business-level English
