• Lead End-to-End Oracle Finance Implementations Take ownership of full-cycle implementation projects in Oracle Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing and go-live support.
• Drive Business Transformation in a Global Environment Collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful ERP-driven business process improvements.
• Strengthen Core Finance Module Expertise Deepen your specialization in AR, AP, and GL, while expanding into Cash Management and Fixed Assets, enhancing your value as a Finance Functional Consultant.

Annual Salary : 10 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and help clients transform their business with Oracle.
• Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.
• Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document, and test the Oracle system.
• Coordination with the India offshore team for deliverables.
• Coordinate with Other Track members and business partner to model, design, and build business solutions.
• Define requirements and lead projects from inception through delivery, including status updates, scope changes.
• Experience or knowledge of Integrations with EDI/3PL systems is much appreciated.
• Experience with IT analysis, design and development of complex ERP solutions.

Job Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud Finance Functional experience OR Minimum of 5 years of Oracle EBS Finance functional experience.
• Implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance or Oracle Cloud Finance in any area – Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger
• Knowledge in Oracle Cash Management and Fixed Assets.
• Experience with implementation and support of Oracle EBS Finance Applications, including at least 1 full cycle project implementing and supporting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• ​​​Certifications in Oracle Cloud – Any
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with quick learning on the job in Japanese.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork required.

Skills:

• Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant (OR) Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant  
  • Mandatory Modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  • Optional Modules: Fixed Assets, Cash Management

Language Skills: Bilingual level N2(Japanese and English), Japanese Native preferred
