Job Description

• Lead Enterprise-Scale AI/ML, Data & Cloud Transformation Programs Own end-to-end delivery across multiple pods and vendors, driving large-scale modernization initiatives.

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, data, and cloud transformation programs across multiple pods and workstreams.
• Lead delivery planning and execution in close partnership with Technical Program Managers, Business Architects, and engineering leads.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions, data platforms, and cloud architectures are delivered in alignment with approved solution designs, enterprise standards, and business outcomes.
• Provide delivery oversight across solution design, technical architecture, and system integration activities.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and cross-team integrations specific to AI/ML models, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform services.
• Facilitate architecture, design, and delivery governance forums, including reviews related to AI platforms, cloud adoption, and data architecture.
• Track and report delivery progress, delivery health, and key metrics for AI/ML and cloud programs, escalating risks and issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
• Coordinate vendors and partners involved in AI/ML, data, and cloud solution delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry constraints (e.g., Telco) across AI/ML and cloud initiatives.

Job Qualification:

• Experience
  • Typically eight (8) or more years of experience in delivery or program management, including leadership of large-scale AI/ML, data, or cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing multi-pod or multi-vendor technology programs.
