Operation Executive SCM Project Manager

Job Description

• Key Role in Telecom Inventory & Operations Management Coordinate between warehouses and stores to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth material supply.
• Data-Driven Reporting and Business Insights Utilize Excel and BI tools (DOMO) to analyze inventory trends, raise timely alerts, and publish MIS reports for management.
• Bilingual Stakeholder Collaboration in a Dynamic Environment Leverage Japanese communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Annual Salary: 6 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Coordination between WH & Stores to maintain the Inventory level & arranging the required material.
• Analyzing the Inventory levels and raising the timely alarms for any Inventory shortages or new requirements.
• Co ordination with multiple stakeholders over call or Zoom.
• Maintaining and Publishing related MIS.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tool (DOMO)  etc.
• Ensure SCM processes are compliant with company policies and industry regulations specific to telecom operations.
• Facilitate communication with Japanese speaking stakeholders, vendors, and partners as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SCM and telecom domains.

Job Qualification: 

• Minimum 3 years in business operations domain, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Language Skills: Business-level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business-level English
