Job Description

Position Title: HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment strategy planning
• Recruitment manuscript management, participation in joint briefing sessions and external events
• Planning and operation of internships and company information sessions
• Management of applicant data Various reports
• Operation of various assessments
• such as document screening, aptitude test, interview, etc. -
• Follow-up of prospective employees -
• Planning and implementation of recruitment branding (including manuscript production)
• Japan development of the global recruitment process, etc.

Qualifications:

• Those who have work experience in the IT industry and have experience or knowledge of HR work other than recruitment (payroll calculation, labor management, education and training, etc.)
• Those who have experience in hiring new graduates of engineers (media selection, explanation planning, branding, etc.)
• Those who have experience leading the team (regardless of the size of the team)
• Those who can promote business strategically and systematically
• Those who can find issues in recruitment, create new initiatives, and respond flexibly and make improvements.

Languages: Native Japanese level , Business level English.
