Job Description
Position Title: HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment strategy planning
- Recruitment manuscript management, participation in joint briefing sessions and external events
- Planning and operation of internships and company information sessions
- Management of applicant data Various reports
- Operation of various assessments
- such as document screening, aptitude test, interview, etc. -
- Follow-up of prospective employees -
- Planning and implementation of recruitment branding (including manuscript production)
- Japan development of the global recruitment process, etc.
Qualifications:
- Those who have work experience in the IT industry and have experience or knowledge of HR work other than recruitment (payroll calculation, labor management, education and training, etc.)
- Those who have experience in hiring new graduates of engineers (media selection, explanation planning, branding, etc.)
- Those who have experience leading the team (regardless of the size of the team)
- Those who can promote business strategically and systematically
- Those who can find issues in recruitment, create new initiatives, and respond flexibly and make improvements.
