Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive SCM with a robust background in SCM to drive strategic initiatives and optimize Logistics operations within the telecom sector.
•  The ideal candidate will manage the operation by Coordinating between WH & Stores for Supply the Devices. Maintaining & Publishing the required MIS for Management Consumption.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination between WH & Stores to maintain the Inventory level & arranging the required material.
• Analyzing the Inventory levels and raising the timely alarms for any Inventory shortages or new requirements.
• Co ordination with multiple stakeholders over call or Zoom.
• Maintaining and Publishing related MIS.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tool (DOMO) etc.
• Ensure SCM processes are compliant with company policies and industry regulations specific to telecom operations.
• Facilitate communication with Japanese speaking stakeholders, vendors, and partners as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SCM and telecom domains.

Job Qualification: 

• Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in SCM processes, with a strong understanding of telecom industry operations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Language Skills: Business-level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business-level English
