Annual Salary: 8 Million and above

Responsibility

• You will be responsible for project management, accurately understanding customer needs and supporting the smooth progress of projects while coordinating with our internal development and operations teams.
• As a bridge between the customer and the company, you will be responsible for everything from proposals to progress management.
• Understand customer issues and requests, and create projects through short- to medium-term proposals
• Share customer feedback with the internal development team and use it to improve the value of products and services and to formulate specifications
• Management of orders (customer contact, schedule adjustment, progress management, document creation, etc.)
• Team building and task management/progress support for members
• Analysis of customer service usage and results, and proposals for improvements

Job Qualification: 

Essential requirements

• Any of the following work experience
  • Experience in project management or product management, including budget management, progress management, and explanations to stakeholders (3 years or more)
  • Experience as a strategy, business, or IT consultant at a strategic consulting firm or general consulting firm (2 years or more)
• Strong communication skills
  • The ability to communicate things logically and get others involved while promoting business.
• Basic understanding of software technology
  • Basic technical knowledge required to work with development teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in negotiations, coordination, and bidding with government agencies and local governments
• Work experience in the security, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, and GIS industries
• Experience in IT consulting for governments and large corporations
• Experience in negotiating and coordinating contracts with partner companies
• Corporate sales experience
• Knowledge and practical experience of B2B SaaS or cloud services

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N)and Basic level English
