Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Blue Yonder (WFM tool) or products used in overseas markets.
- Blue Yonder: An integrated labor management tool replacing Crew Preferred Schedule (now WebSmile), Time and Attendance Management (now ISP), and Crew Schedule (now eScheduler)
- Role Based on the vision, long-term strategy, customer understanding, priorities, and roadmap defined by the product manager, you will fulfill the following roles:
- Responsible for setting the direction of product development and managing the product
- Understanding the needs of product users (headquarters and stores) and working closely with business owners and vendors to prioritize and maximize the value of the product by meeting those needs Serving
- as the primary liaison with stakeholders and obtaining approval for important decisions and strategies Participating in response/solution/product reviews
- Serving as an escalation point for the technology team during implementation, testing, and pilot activities
Job Qualification:
- Application development and operation (WEB), cloud system development and operation, package development and operation, localization, etc.
- 3+ years of development PM experience or 3+ years of system development experience (experience in both is preferable)
- Development experience in accounting systems, bookkeeping systems, inventory management systems, logistics systems, labor/human resources management systems, etc.
Desirable:
- Strong communication skills in conversation, reading and writing
- Presentation skills
- Advanced communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent)
- 4-year university graduation (bachelor's degree or higher)
- Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Ability to organize things by getting to the why rather than the how - Ability to think and view business, operations and tasks from a user perspective -
- Ability to think about steps and actions to achieve objectives and goals and carry them out
