Annaul Salary: 10 Million and above

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Japan, regional, and U.S. teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication flow.
• Coordinate meetings, track progress, and ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and share project reports and updates with key stakeholders.
• Support smooth collaboration across departments and time zones.
• Handle documentation and ensure alignment with company standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in a global or cross-functional environment is a plus.

Language Skills: Native level japanese (N) and business level english
