Annual Salary: 6 Million yen and above

Job Description:

• We are seeking a full-stack engineer who can independently adopt the latest technologies and contribute to problem-solving and improving service value as a core member driving domestic business expansion. In this position, you will work closely with end users and internal consultants to directly contribute to realizing customer business challenges and requests as product improvements and visualization solutions. Your primary responsibilities will be developing, optimizing, and proposing custom apps and connectors on the company platform, leading the entire process from requirements definition, PoC, and solution proposals to implementation and operational support. We welcome candidates who can independently and accurately assess situations, make proposals and consultations, and achieve results with a strong sense of ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating customer value: Accurately understand customer business goals and challenges, and maximize adoption and utilization through optimal data visualization and connector development.
• Driving Platform Value: Lead the design and development of custom apps, web applications, and connectors for enterprise customers on the company platform to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
• Technical leadership and proposals: Working with global engineers, you will flexibly respond to the unique requirements of the Japanese market and customers. You will lead the process from understanding needs and identifying issues to planning and proposing solutions and new functions to implementation.
• Co-creation with internal and external partners: You will collaborate with solution consultants and business consultants to participate in a wide range of projects, including discussing customer requirements, developing PoCs (prototypes), supporting implementation, and sharing know-how.
• Self-learning and growth: Have the drive and ability to keep up with the latest web/AI/data technologies and frameworks, and be able to quickly reflect them in your work, proposals, and in-house product development.
• Specific examples of performance targets.
• Lead the planning and implementation of new data visualization features utilizing the latest technology, proposing value to internal and external users.
• Accept the ambiguity and high level of abstraction of the problem, while communicating closely with customers and stakeholders to derive optimal technical and business decisions.

Job Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Java)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React + Redux preferred)
• Understanding and practical experience of APIs
• Willingness to independently execute a variety of unique projects in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication skills with internal and external members (Japanese: Native level, English: Daily conversation level or above required)
