Job Description

Annual Salary : 10 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Support to the customer for the ERP Application Implementation (Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling)
• Work closely with the end users to understand the requirements and / or challenges and work with the team for the solution.
• Work with the business users and identify new requirements and work on the solutioning.
• Participation in the review meetings and discussions

Job Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years experience of handling business and IT operations in Demand Planning & Supply chain Planning domain on any IT system, preferably an ERP planning system
• Business Level Japanese language skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Have very good Functional and Business knowledge in Planning Domain – Supply Planning, Demand Management, Replenishment Planning, Production Scheduling, Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Collaboration
• Exposure to Order Management, Shipping Execution, Supply Chain Orchestration, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement Suite, Costing, Shipping Execution
• Good to have below skills/credentials:
  • Business communication skills in English
  • Experience in Consulting and Implementation for customers
  • Experience in using any ERP systems in the past like SAP, Oracle EBS, BaaN, Infor, JDE
• Self-motivated, dedicated and customer focus oriented
• Will be working very closely with the customer and end users

Japanese languages: Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
