Job Description
The Cross Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with IT services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow (SNOW).
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to implement and manage IT service workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualification:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation.
