Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver innovative features for the Link application.
• Enhance User Experience: Focus on improving the usability and accessibility of the application, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
• Product Understanding: Analyze product specifications and requirements, providing valuable feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
• Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, particularly in React and related frameworks, and apply them to enhance the Link application.

Job Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on modern web applications.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with React and modern frameworks such as Remix..
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full stack experience is preferred.
• Understanding of common front-end architectural patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications.E48
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Langauge Proficiency: Fluent Level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level english.
