Annually Salary: 8 million yen and above

Automotive Infotainment Test Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of automotive software development frameworks (e.g. AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, A-SPICE, etc.) 
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall etc. 
• Experience in automotive embedded systems and ECU (electronic control unit) software development 
• Solid understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
• A proactive attitude to proactively take steps to expand responsibilities and improve capabilities 
• 5+ years of software project management experience - ideally in the automotive industry 
• Fluent in both Japanese and English (reading, writing and speaking) with the ability to translate technical and business terms 
• Deep knowledge of automotive software 
• Deep knowledge of IVI Cluster HUD 
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field 

Preferred Qualification:

• Advanced degree: Master's degree in related field 
• Experience with C, C++ software development 
• Experience in embedded software development 
• Offshore project experience 
• Flexibility and passion: willingness to travel 

Japanese Language: Japanese Fluent level required and business level english required
