Job Description

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Among the units that build, operate and service digital managed services, cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure, clusters aimed at financial (mainly banks + domestic insurance companies) customers.
• Maintenance of Overseas Common Infrastructure Systems
  • Change Reception and Guidance
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Trouble support
  • Meeting progress
  • Regular work
  • Reflecting revisions to various public materials
  • Compiling and assigning responses to requests from other departments (PMO work)

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and act on customer business characteristics
• Experience in responding to failures (regardless of role)
• Experience in writing and reporting reports to superiors, including internal management
• Basic understanding and preparation experience in project-related documents
• Team management skills (planning, progress, Member control)
• Sense of responsibility to see it through to the end

Preferred Qualifications:

• VBA creation
• Experience in XenApp system

Languages :

• Japanese: Business level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1/N2)
• English: Reading and writing required; business-level speaking ability preferred
