UX Designer Human Centered Design Specialist

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Demonstrated experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Expertise in Figma or similar tools
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Agile POD-based delivery model
• Success Measures
• Effective collaboration and alignment across Japan, creative designers, and offshore teams
• Usability and clarity of key consumer journeys
• Timely design delivery supporting sprint commitments
• Adoption of redesigned experiences aligned to business KPIs

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with global design agencies or creative partners.
• Loyalty, rewards, or gamification platforms
• Consumer, retail, CPG, or large-scale consumer ecosystems
• Personalization, experimentation, and analytics-driven UX
• IoT, vending, or physical–digital experience design

Langauage Profieciency: Business level Japanese and business level english.
