Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Program-Level Leadership in Large-Scale SAP Data Migration Lead end-to-end data migration across five sites within SAP projects, covering both master and transactional data.
• Manage Multi-Site, Cross-Functional Delivery Oversee site data PMs, ensuring alignment across clusters while managing schedule, quality, risks, and governance in complex environments.
• Executive Visibility & Strategic Impact Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, manage escalations, and provide executive-level reporting—playing a key role in driving successful enterprise transformation.

Annual salary : 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

• Overall management of data migration activities for five domestic sites (Sawa, Gunma, Miyagi, Suzuka, Atsugi)
• Direct supervision and guidance of all Site Data PMs
• Cross‑cluster coordination to prevent gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies
• Integrated management of schedule, quality, risks, and issues
• Coordination with Accenture (project consultant) to align with SAP requirements
• Standardization of migration approach, deliverables, and governance
• Oversight of migration rehearsals (Mock0, Mock1) and readiness reviews
• Escalation management and executive‑level reporting as required

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP data migration projects(master data and transaction data)
• Practical knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., Syniti)
• Strong project / program management experience in complex environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (business users, IT, vendors)
• Strong ownership mindset and customer‑side leadership attitude

Japanese language: Native level japanese(N) required and business-level English
