Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Lead Critical SAP Data Migration Activities Take ownership of end-to-end data migration within SAP projects, including mapping, testing, mock migrations, and go-live execution.
• Bridge Business and IT for Seamless Delivery Collaborate with business users, site IT teams, and consultants to ensure data alignment, quality validation, and successful implementation.
• Drive On-Site Execution with Strong Leadership Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies while acting as the primary on-site driver, ensuring high-quality and on-time migration outcomes.

Annual salary : 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

• Lead data mapping activities aligned with SAP requirements
• Drive alignment with:
  • Business user teams
  • Site IT teams
  • Accenture project consultants
• Validate and improve data quality prior to migration
• Lead all phases of data migration:
  • Mapping
  • Development support
  • Testing
  • Mock0 / Mock1 migration rehearsals
• Manage site‑level schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure execution progresses according to plan and quality expectations
• Report site status and escalate issues to Overall Management
• Act as the primary on‑site driver for data migration success

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP implementation or SAP data migration projects
• Hands‑on experience with data mapping and data quality validation
• Knowledge or practical experience with migration tools such as Syniti
• Solid project management and coordination skills
• Ability to bridge business and IT teams effectively
• Strong leadership, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving mindset

Japanese language: Native level japanese(N) required and business-level English
