Job Description

Appealing Points:

  • Lead End-to-End Site-Level Project Execution Take ownership of SAP-related implementation projects from the Explorer phase to go-live, ensuring successful delivery at the site level.
  • Hands-On Experience with Manufacturing Site Operations Work closely with factory and business users to drive change adoption, ensuring alignment with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives.
  • Global Exposure with Strong Leadership Opportunities Collaborate with global teams using Japanese and English, enhancing stakeholder management, coordination, and leadership skills in multi-site rollout programs.

Annual salary :8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end site-level project execution
  • Ensure compliance with defined scope, QCD requirements
  • Lead all project phases at the site, starting from the Explorer Phase
  • Act as the primary coordination point between the site and overall management
  • Collaborate closely with Business User Teams to support change and adoption
  • Identify site-specific risks and issues and drive timely resolution
  • Ensure implementation activities are executed efficiently and as planned
  • Report site status, issues, and progress to Overall Management

Job Qualifications:

  • Project management experience, preferably in enterprise system implementations
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP-related projects
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Japanese language proficiency (no communication issues)
  • High ownership, proactive attitude, and self-driven mindset
  • Ability to work on-site and engage closely with factory / site users

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, finance, or quality systems
  • Prior site PM or on-site project leadership experience
  • Familiarity with large-scale, multi-site rollout program

Japanese language: Native level japanese(N) required and business-level English
