Job Description

Job Resposibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- VDI, Windows/Mac platforms, mobile devices,
- Develop and execute a roadmap for end-user technology services, including collaboration tools
- Promote innovation and automation measures to improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee Tier 2/Tier 3 support for end-user technology and resolve escalating issues in a timely manner
- Perform IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
- Global collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the global technology team in deployment, escalation, and standards alignment.
- Deploy and implement global measures locally to promote smooth implementation and change management.
- Team Management:
- Build and develop a high-performance team of engineers and support specialists
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer orientation
Job Qualification:
- Practical experience in leadership positions in the IT field, with a focus on end-user technology or infrastructure services
- Advanced technical knowledge and practical experience in the following fields
- Windows OS, Mac, VDI (Citrix experience is a plus), SCCM/Intune, MDM solutions (MobileIron, Intune)
- Office 365 ecosystem (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Business-level operational skills in Japanese and English (conversation, reading comprehension, document writing)
- Management experience with global collaboration and a track record of leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving skills
