End User Services Manager

Job Description

• Experienced IT leader in end-user computing environments covering Windows, Mac, VDI, and mobile platforms with a focus on service reliability and user experience.

Annual Salary: 10 million yen and above

Job Resposibilities: 

• Leadership & Strategy:
• VDI, Windows/Mac platforms, mobile devices,
• Develop and execute a roadmap for end-user technology services, including collaboration tools
• Promote innovation and automation measures to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee Tier 2/Tier 3 support for end-user technology and resolve escalating issues in a timely manner
• Perform IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
• Global collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the global technology team in deployment, escalation, and standards alignment.
• Deploy and implement global measures locally to promote smooth implementation and change management.
• Team Management:
• Build and develop a high-performance team of engineers and support specialists
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer orientation

Job Qualification:

• Practical experience in leadership positions in the IT field, with a focus on end-user technology or infrastructure services
• Advanced technical knowledge and practical experience in the following fields
• Windows OS, Mac, VDI (Citrix experience is a plus), SCCM/Intune, MDM solutions (MobileIron, Intune)
• Office 365 ecosystem (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Business-level operational skills in Japanese and English (conversation, reading comprehension, document writing)
• Management experience with global collaboration and a track record of leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving skills
