Job Responsibilities:

• This job involves risk assessment and cybersecurity support for production facilities and factories. It requires understanding on-site operations while balancing security and stable operation. Responsibilities include:
• Security risk assessment and vulnerability assessment: Analyzing risks in the OT environment, identifying vulnerabilities, and proposing countermeasures.
• OT/IT convergence security measures: Assessment of risks associated with connection to IT networks and implementation of appropriate countermeasures.
• Security design and implementation: Implementation and configuration of firewalls and intrusion detection systems (ID S/IPS) for control systems.
• Incident response: Impact analysis, root cause investigation, and recovery support in the event of cyberattacks or anomaly detection.
• Security policy development and implementation support: Development and implementation support for security guidelines suitable for the company's OT environment

Job Qualification:

• Individuals with experience in network design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
• Project management experience
• Experience managing large-scale projects
• Various IT-related certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, etc.) 
• Experience in building/operating CSIRT, PSIRT, and FSIRT.
• Hold security-related certifications (e.g., Certified Information Security Specialist, CISSP).
• Experience in risk assessment and gap analysis in accordance with product security standards (e.g., IEC62443).

Langauge Skills: Native Level Japanese(JLPT N) and Business Level English
