Senior Network Practice Manager

Job Description

Annual Salary : 10 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate technical leadership in network architecture and solution design, leading the creation of complex and mission-critical systems.
• Build relationships of trust with clients and promote the creation of new business and value provision through proposals, technology demonstrations, and requirement definitions.
• Ensure the quality, delivery and profitability of network engineering projects and lead the way in project success.
• Raise the technical capabilities of the organization through the development, mentoring, and capacity development of the engineering team.
• Utilize knowledge of emerging network technologies (5G, 6G, NTN, cloud, AI, automation, etc.) to create and disseminate innovative solutions and best practices.

Job Qualification:

• More than 10 years of practical experience in network engineering, especially architecture and solution design and proposal experience.
• Implementation and proposal results of complex network solutions (for MNO, vendor and enterprise) from PoC to commercial deployment
• Implementation and proposal results from PoC to commercialization of digital platform solutions utilizing cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API platforms
• Achievements in designing and improving API linkage and integration architectures between multiple systems (understanding of TMF Open API is preferred)
• Implementation and proposal results of complex security solutions in the Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and NW security domains from PoC to commercial deployment
• Leadership track record in project management, technology delivery, client engagement, stakeholder management, and team development
  • Experience leading a technical team of 5~15 people, or training as a mentor/leader
  • Leading experience in project delivery, including budget, progress, and risk management
  • Communication skills that convey technical content in an easy-to-understand manner for both C-level and technical level
  • Experience in customer negotiations at a consulting firm or SIer is desirable
  • Master's degree in communications engineering, information science, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese(N2)  and Business-level English
