Job Description

• Expertise in IT Incident Management: Play a critical role in leading initial responses to system failures, analyzing impact scope, and making escalation decisions to ensure stable IT operations.
• Driving IT Risk & Governance Excellence: Contribute to strengthening organizational governance by developing and improving IT risk management policies and internal control processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership: Work closely with multiple departments and partners to drive root cause analysis, implement preventive measures, and deliver clear reporting to management.

Annual Salary: 8.9 million yenand above

Job Qualification:

• Experience in system failure response and incident management
  • Initial response in the event of a system failure (information gathering, understanding the scope of impact, and issuing instructions for temporary responses)
  • Escalation decisions for major issues and stakeholder reporting
  • Experience in incident management using failure management processes (ITIL, etc.)
• Experience facilitating root cause analysis
  • Formulating, implementing and following up on measures to prevent recurrence
  • Establishing and operating governance for IT risks
  • Experience in developing and improving IT risk management policies and procedures
  • Ability to understand governance and internal control mechanisms and apply them to operations
  • Coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, including business departments, IT departments, and outsourcing partners
  • Ability to manage processes with an emphasis on transparency, reproducibility, and accountability
• Project & Communication Experience in promoting cross-disciplinary projects involving multiple departments
  • Ability to prepare explanatory materials and reports to management and user departments
  • Skills to organize quantitative and qualitative information and explain it logically

Japanese Language: Business level Japanese (N2) and Business level English.
