• Agile Automation Testing Expert Contribute across the Agile SDLC, from defining test strategies and acceptance criteria to building and executing scalable automation frameworks.
• Comprehensive QA Across UI, API & Performance Leverage Selenium, Playwright, BDD frameworks, API testing tools (RestAssured, Postman), and performance tools (JMeter, Blazemeter) to ensure high system reliability.
• DevOps-Driven, Globally Collaborative Professional Work within CI/CD and Azure DevOps environments, collaborating effectively in bilingual (English/Japanese) global teams within financial/technology domains.

Annual Salary: 7 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Agile Testing:
  • Adopt Agile methodologies in the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Participate in planning and documentation of test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Test Automation & Execution:
  • Develop efficient test automation scripts following coding standards and best practices.
  • Execute automated and manual test cases for new builds and regression testing.
  • Maintain and review automation scripts, troubleshoot failures, and fix broken test cases.
• Defect Identification & Debugging:
  • Work with software engineers toidentifydefects and regressions in the codebase.
  • Investigate, diagnose, repair complexbugsand manage bug reports effectively.
• Performance & API Testing:
  • Validate application functionality through test automation frameworks and dashboards.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, and KarateDSL.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter and Blazemeter.

Job Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years in automation testing in financial services or technology domains.
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiencyin CI/CD, test-driven development, and Agile practices.
  • Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Playwright).
• Skills & Competencies
  • Test Automation: Experience in Selenium, Appium, TOSCA, and Playwright.
  • Development & UI Testing: Java, JavaScript, Python, GitHub, DS-Algo.
  • API Testing: Rest Assured, Postman, KarateDSL.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure DevOps – Test Plan, Perfecto,Sauce Labs,Browser Stack.
  • Performance Testing: JMeter,Blazemeter.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Abilityto work in global teams with a can-do attitude.

Language: Business proficiency in English; Business Proficiency in Japanese.
